Rise With Jack Support Services was formed from real experience within the disability sector shaped by years of hands on work supporting participants with diverse needs.The organisation was inspired by working closely with participants like Jack, whose journey highlighted the importance of consistency, clear communication, and relationship-based support. Over time, it became evident that participants experience greater confidence and stability when supported by familiar, well-trained staff who genuinely understand their routines, preferences, and goals.

Rise With Jack was established to provide a model of care grounded in experience, accountability, and long-term support relationships.

With over 12 years of experience across frontline support and leadership, the service is intentionally owner-led and actively involved in day-to-day operations. Every system, roster, and support model is designed to prioritise stability, professionalism, and participant choice.
